Admission Procedure

From the academic year 2016-17, admissions into the Three year LL.B. (Grantable) will be made through Common Entrance Test (CET), conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra.

The date and time of Examination will be notified well in advance and published in the News Papers. The date of Entrance Examination (CET) would be probably in May/June.

Candidates seeking admissions possessing the above qualificaion of graduation and also those, who have appeared for the final year degree examiantion can appear for the Comman Entrance Test (CET)

The candidate seeking admission into Three Year LL.B. Course must have passed the Bachelors Degree Course viz. B.A., B.Com., B.Sc. or its equivalent of a recognized University and should have obtained 45% marks.

However, SC/ST candidates should have secured 40% marks..


Eligility Criteria for Admission

1) For Admission into Three Years LL.B. Degree Course :

  2. Degree with 40% marks for SC/ST Category candidates
  3. Candidates, who appeared for fianl year degree examination also can apply for the CET to be held in May/June.
  4. Should have been qulified in the CET

2) For Admission into Five Years LL.B. Degree Course :

As in the case of Three Year LL.B. Course, admission into Five Year LL.B. Course also will be made through the Common Entrance Test (CET), Government of Maharashtra.

(along with the Three Year LL.B. Course) from the academic year 2016-17. The date of the CET and other details can be had from the website www.dmer.org and advertisement published in news papers well in advance. The date of CET will be probably in May/June.

The candidate seeking admission into Five Years LL.B. Degree Course must have passed XII standard Examination (10+2 Scheme) of Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary or any other Board/Examining Body recognized by the Shivaji University as equivalent there to with 45% marks. SC/ST candidates should have secured 40% marks in addition to have been declared qualified in the CET.



Eligibility

  1. i) XII standard with 45% for General Category candidates.
  2. ii) XII standard with 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
  3. iii) Candidates, who appeared for XII standard/H.S.C. also can appear for CET to be held in May/June.
  4. iv) Should have been qualified in CET.
